# TakeoffQS

> AI-powered takeoff software for New Zealand residential construction. TakeoffQS uses computer vision and deep learning models trained on NZ building plans to produce verified quantity takeoffs from PDF plan sets in minutes — for builders, quantity surveyors, material suppliers and trades.

TakeoffQS is built in Christchurch, New Zealand by Agentic Intelligence, as the first product in the BuildFoundry platform. The product covers pre-nail, balance of house and painting today, with roofing, foundation, concept drawings, windows/frames/doors, plumbing and electrical rolling out through 2026.
